• I'm a messy painter so don't expect smooth edges & line art; I draw in maximum of 1-3 layers since I just blend the whole process; separate objects or extras are in another layer; more layers or folders if necessary depending on the illustration complexity.
• I will start the actual commission if you (the client) has approved the sketch pose & paid fully or a 50% down payment; (preferably full payment for totals of $100 below).
• I will ask the client if the total amount is good to go before the client pays & I start the actual commission after receiving the payment.
• higher chance I can give a discount or even a freebie, but don't get used to it.
• lower chance of discount depending on the complexity.
• I will ask if it is rushed since it has rush fees; I will not be rushing it unless you pay for the rush fee. My C&S is my C&S.
• I will also start to ask for your email in the beginning of the conversation along with your references etc.
• I will send the full artwork to your email, you must send me the active email.
• I might as well use that email for the invoice, so please use the email you use for your paypal.
• I will ask the client if they can pay full; no invoice needed.
• if client requests to pay more than 3 days after the finished piece; I will create an invoice as a reminder.
• I will be checking up in the dms asking if client is ready to pay.
• The invoiced will have a due date depending on discussion agreed with the client; must not go over a month. I usually take 1-3 weeks to finish; depending on such factors: health, work, school, personal issues, & complexity of commission.
• As a creator, I can politely decline the client with a valid reason; complex task, unable to draw the client's desired concept, etc.
• Client must: share; provide; supply; etc. Their desired reference.
• The artist - client conversation { transactions, chats, agreements} are recorded and secured in case of issue.
• Signature | watermark; unless for personal use [twitch & etc.]
• Don't make the other party uncomfortable, or irritated; no jokes especially when the other party is being serious; keep things professional & clean.
• Once you make me uncomfortable, I'll give you a warning. If you keep on doing it, you'll be blacklisted.
• NO: Hate speech, racist remarks or requests, anything that is very inapropriate; if you make a couple of remarks or requests like these, automatically blacklisted.
• I update the client 2-4 times a week, I'll be asking for feedbacks or if the client has revisions, etc.
• I'll always send the finished commission set via client's email; I'll notify the client if the email has been sent & ask if they have received it; if there's an issue with the set, feel free to reach out to me, never hesitate to reach out since I always have a copy.
• The First client who paid will be prioritized (the following will be in ordered & the list will be provided), while others will still be on the waiting list.
• If you agreed to wait/be on the waiting list, I can provide an updated list of the clients so you can be aware of who I'm working with & the progress of each client.
• Discuss with me or let me know if its for personal use or commercial use; commercial use is times 2 the price, it can ALWAYS be negotiable depending on its complexity.
